The 2025 edition introduces a new theme inspired by the zodiac. During one of the most evocative nights of the year, the event will be enriched with references to zodiac signs and the four elements (Fire, Air, Water, Earth), adding a symbolic and engaging touch to the event’s atmosphere.

Each zodiac sign has been interpreted through a symbolic phrase that reflects its characteristics in relation to the world of wine. These phrases, displayed throughout the historic center in the form of posters, invite visitors to explore their astrological identity and open up to the discovery of new sensory nuances. The tasting route thus becomes an immersive and reflective experience, guided not only by taste but also by symbolism.

To enhance the experience, a special initiative is planned: anyone who spots the posters can photograph them and share the images on their Instagram stories, tagging the official profile @calicidistellemontepulciano. The following day, a winner will be randomly selected to receive a printed version of the poster corresponding to their zodiac sign.
