Cocktail Area – Piazza Grande

Until midnight, Piazza Grande will host a special area dedicated to cocktails made with Rosso di Montepulciano DOC.

Visitors will have the opportunity to taste:

“Scia Rossa” – A Vermutte di Montepulciano made with Rosso di Montepulciano DOC infused with Artemisia absinthium and other herbs and spices, enriched with gin and sugar.

“Esprimi un Desiderio” (Make a Wish) – A reinterpretation of the classic Americano, prepared with Vermutte di Montepulciano, bitter, seltzer, and orange and lemon zest, inspired by the magical night of San Lorenzo.

Cocktail tastings are included in the Coupon Stella. The designated tasting points may be redeemed for either a glass of Rosso di Montepulciano DOC or one of the signature cocktails.
